The work is proper on-set stuff: driving, helping out on location, getting release forms signed, data wrangling, plus time around contributors, so a calm head when things move quickly matters more than a CV full of credits. A driving licence and a bit of nerve will carry you a long way here. This is a permanent job with an independent Creative Studio in London working across Visual Effects and Design.
